Vikram Shetty
Vikram founded Aurelio Estates in 1998 with a single 12-acre land parcel and a conviction that land development could be conducted with uncompromising integrity. Over 28 years, he has personally overseen the acquisition of every major land parcel in the company's portfolio.
A civil engineer by training, Vikram remains closely involved in masterplanning decisions and continues to chair the company's land acquisition and ethics committee.

Meera Kapoor
Meera joined the leadership team in 2009 and has since led the company's expansion into plotted developments and private villa estates. She holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance and has structured investment partnerships representing over ₹1,200 crore in developed assets.
Meera is widely regarded for championing transparent buyer communication, including the company's published payment schedule policy — now an industry reference point.

Rohan Desai
A graduate of the National Institute of Design, Rohan leads the company's in-house architecture and design studio, collaborating with internationally acclaimed practices on every flagship development. His work on The Regency Gardens earned the Award for Urban Design in 2020.
Rohan believes architecture should "respond to climate, culture and context" — a principle embedded into every masterplan the company undertakes.
